Why is the night an essential time for skin repair and replenishment?
Night is the time when skin does "basic maintenance and repair," fine-tuning its signals to rebuild its protein reserves, fortifying its moisture barrier and recalibrating its essential moisture equilibrium. As you age, this downtime becomes more important than ever.
