Standard Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Canberra, Australia on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed by 11:00am AEST are typically processed and delivered within 7– 10 business days.

Please note:

• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes in New Zealand. Deliveries must be made to a residential or business address.
• Due to high demand during promotional periods such as Mid Year Sale and Black Friday, there might be slight shipping delays.

Tracking & Delivery Options

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Our default shipping carrier is Australia Post. To track your order and manage delivery preferences (e.g. leave in a safe place or require a signature), we recommend downloading the Australia Post App.
