Applications and Use

Using a dark shade: Starting at the outside of eye make a line toward the direction of the tops of your ears and extend the liner to as dramatic as desired. Starting from the outside edge of the eyeliner drawing inward create a triangle like line and fill in. Line the tops of lashes for a for a complete look.
